The notification will be given the
state Directorate of Employment and
Training. Bangalore in the month of
June for every year admissions DET
norms the admissions are purely on
the merit and reservations in according
with the policies of the Government
of Karnataka.
There is no interview only by counseling
the seat 3 Trade may be allotted spot
as per interest of the candidate.
But the admissions are district wise
only the seats may be allotted if
the seats are unfilled by with in
district candidate.
1. Proper publicity should be given
to inform the prospective trainees
about the physical standard/norms
required for employment so that candidates
are fully aware of requirements
before seeking the admission in the
ITI.
2. Candidates with proper and adequate
vision in one eye should be made eligible
for admission to INDUSTRIAL TRAINING
INSTITUTE s in the trades in which
vision one eye
is adequate for receiving and seeking
employment thereafter.

the announcement of SSLC/ 10th Std.
results.

Application fee is Rs.20/-
•
Counseling for admission is based
on merit com reservation policy of
Government of Karnataka (District
wise counseling)
•
Fee: Rs.1200/- per year.
•
Age: 14 to 40 years, exemption for
War-Widows/ Ex-serviceman is up to
45 years.
•
Merit scholarship of Rs.125/- per
month is also given to meritorious
candidates in each trade.
•
Stipend of Rs. 50/- for GM candidates
and Rs.150/- for SC/ST candidates
per month to trainees who’s
family income is below Rs.15, 000/-
per annum.

Date of starting the session: 1st
of August-2008.
1.
Rs. 1200/- for One year trade.
2.
Rs. 2400/- for Two year trade.
3.
Rs. 3600/- for Three year trade.
All India Trade Test (AITT)
After the successful completion of
the training to these trainees who
fulfill the stipulated condition are
permitted to appear for the All India
trade Test. And those who pass the
prescribed trade test are issued National
Trade Certificate are National Apprenticeship
Certificate in the particular trade
as the case may be the Director General
of Employment and Training, New Dehli.

Rs.270/- for the candidates appearing
for first time.
•
Rs.170/- for appearing in supplementary
(Ex-failed)
The final All-India Trade Tests are
conducted by the National Council
for Vocational Training after completion
of the prescribed period of training
and successful trainings are awarded
the National Trade certificates in
the trades concerned. The National
Trade Certificates are recognized
for recruitment of the subordinate
posts and service under Government
of India for which a certificate in
craftsmanship is prescribed as the
requisite qualification.
